Electrical New Construction
Complete electrical for new homes, additions and commercial build-outs around Dock Junction. Bert plans the layout with you, runs the rough-in while the walls are open, and comes back to set devices, fixtures and the panel once the walls are finished.
New construction electrical covers planning where every outlet, switch and light goes, running the wiring while the framing is open, setting up the panel and circuits, and installing the devices and fixtures once the walls are finished.
- Electrical layout planning with the owner or builder
- Rough-in wiring for outlets, switches and lighting
- Panel and circuit setup
- Fixture and device trim-out
- Residential and commercial builds
When should the electrician come in on a new build?
Right after framing, before insulation and drywall. That is when the rough-in wiring, boxes and panel location go in. Once the walls are closed and finished, the electrician comes back to install outlets, switches and fixtures.
Can I change outlet or light locations during the build?
Yes, and the rough-in stage is the cheapest time to do it. Walk the framed rooms with Bert and mark where furniture, TVs, counters and lights will go so the wiring matches how you will actually use the space.
Do you wire commercial build-outs too?
Yes. Premier Home Repairs works on both residential and commercial property, from new homes to shop and office build-outs. Call (912) 258-4097 to talk through the plans.
